Since earning her license Bonnie Love Baker has taken the driver seat in her role as a real estate professional. She was awarded the Scottsdale Association of REALTORS Top 40 Under 40 award her first year in real estate. Bonnie is a strong and confident negotiator (one of her favorite parts of a transaction) and is an expert in the markets she specializes in. Nicole brings a diverse background to The Karas Group. She is a philanthropist, a licensed attorney, a mom of 3 incredible kids, and has been happily married to retired NFL player, Billy Cundiff, for almost 14 years. She is happiest when she is busy, is extremely detail-oriented, loves a challenge and is highly motivated.

After graduating from Drake University, Nicole and Billy moved to Texas to start his NFL career with the Dallas Cowboys. Nicole made the most of their time in Texas by attending law school and taking the Arizona Bar exam. Nicole practiced law for almost 4 years before choosing to focus on their growing family. As a result of the nomadic life of the NFL, Nicole became somewhat of a relocation expert. She and Billy made homes in 5 different states, not including countless corporate apartments. Nicole understands the complexities of relocating and is well-qualified to offer advice to anyone going through both planned and unplanned housing changes. In addition to her family’s countless moves, remodels and home purchases, Nicole also actively invests in real estate with her husband throughout the Valley. Having first hand experiences, she is well-aquainted with real estate transactions and as such, she strives to deliver a customer-centered experience.

As an Arizona native, Nicole is deeply entrenched in the Valley community. She is actively involved with many different causes on both a local and national level. In 2012, Nicole co-founded Colleen’s Dream Foundation in honor of her mom’s battle with ovarian cancer. In the last four years, Colleen’s Dream has granted almost $1 million to ovarian cancer research at the leading research institutions around the country, including TGEN, Johns Hopkins, Duke University and the Stand Up 2 Cancer Dream Team, to name a few. In 2017, Nicole received the Outstanding Medical Philanthropy by AZ Big Media on behalf of her work for Colleen’s Dream. In 2016, she was one of 12 executives profiled in Executive Inc by the Phoenix Business Journal and was a Phoenix Business Journal Health Care Hero nominee. Aside from her important work with Colleen’s Dream, Nicole also recently co-chaired the inaugural Great Hearts Gala, which raised over $500,000 to support programs for the incredible teachers at her children’s school. Nicole graduated from Scottsdale Leadership in 2017 (Class 30) and visits Washington DC almost annually to advocate for continued ovarian cancer research funding. Nicole loves working out, attending sporting events, reading, wine tasting, traveling and listening to live music.

Joni was born in Detroit and attended Michigan State University. She began her career at General Electric, Aircraft Engine Division in their Financial Management Program and later at GE Capital. After a move to Chicago, she was in corporate sales for AT&T Technologies.

Joni met her husband, Michael, a Boston native, while living in Cincinnati and his career took them to several cities including Colorado Springs, Chicago, Cleveland and Phoenix. After living in 10 different homes, including 4 custom builds, Joni is comfortable with new construction and has expertise in the relocation process. She treats her clients the way she would want to be treated… it’s her Golden Rule of Real Estate.

She has lived in Phoenix since 2010 and has enjoyed her community involvement.

Joni is currently the President of the Town of Paradise Valley Women’s Association (TPVWA) which helps facilitate friendships among Paradise Valley women of all ages through social gathering and outings. She previously served as the organizations Philanthropic Chair.

Born and raised in Arcadia, Marissa has always had close ties to the neighborhood and love for the Valley. With a background in dance and fitness, Marissa previously owned and operated a dance studio, Sway, located in the heart of the Arcadia neighborhood where she was able to combine her love for her community and her passion for health. After selling the studio, she transitioned into real estate and never looked back.

Marissa joined the Karas Group in 2013 and has a primary focus in Arcadia, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. Alison Maloney has lived in the Valley since 2000 and is happy to call Phoenix home. After living and working in different parts of the Valley, she knew that the Arcadia area was where she wanted to live and raise her children.

Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Alison attended the University of Miami School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor Degree. After law school she lived in Florida and worked as an Associate Attorney, handling general civil litigation matters, including real estate, bankruptcy and family law. She later became Corporate Counsel for Bank of America, where she handled all aspects of litigation and management for the South Florida Recovery Division. After relocating to Phoenix in 2000, she worked for a large firm handling general civil litigation and bankruptcy matters, and eventually worked as Bar Counsel for the State Bar of Arizona, representing the State Bar in disciplinary proceedings. Alison’s legal background and her extensive experience in negotiations enable her to serve her real estate clients well.

In her spare time, Alison volunteers at her daughters’ schools, Hopi Elementary and Arizona School for the Arts. She enjoys hiking local trails and CrossFit workouts. Alison and her husband, a Phoenix Police Officer of 18 yearas, also love spending time with extended family in their native New York and New Jersey with their two daughters.
